Цена до покупки
Sivi не конвертирует цену самостоятельно. Приложение получает у Google Play окончательную отображаемую цену для аккаунта и региона магазина. Перед подтверждением системное окно Google Play показывает цену, валюту, применимые налоги, период и условия. Эта информация имеет приоритет. Пробного периода нет.
Автопродление
Sivi Plus — ежемесячная автоматически продлеваемая подписка. Дату и сумму следующего списания определяет Google Play. Проверить их можно в Google Play → Платежи и подписки → Подписки → Sivi.
Как отменить
Отмените подписку в Google Play в любое время до следующего списания. Отмена прекращает будущие продления; уже оплаченные функции обычно работают до даты окончания, подтверждённой Google Play. Удаление приложения не отменяет подписку.
Возвраты и отзыв покупки
Запрос на возврат подаётся через Google Play и рассматривается по правилам Google Play и обязательному применимому законодательству. Если Google Play отменит или отзовёт покупку, Sivi обновит доступ после защищённой серверной проверки. По технической проблеме напишите на [email protected]; не присылайте полный токен покупки, данные карты, пароль или код подтверждения.
Удаление аккаунта
Удаление аккаунта Sivi не отменяет отдельную подписку в Google Play. Чтобы избежать будущего списания, сначала отмените подписку по ссылке выше, затем удаляйте аккаунт. Sivi не получает и не хранит данные банковской карты.
Изменение цены
Новая цена применяется к новым покупкам после обновления Google Play. Действующие подписчики могут сохранять прежнюю цену, пока их ценовая группа не изменена отдельно. При повышении для действующих подписчиков Google Play и Sivi заранее уведомляют пользователя в требуемом порядке; в зависимости от страны и типа изменения может требоваться явное согласие. Точную будущую цену всегда проверяйте в Google Play.
Price before purchase
Sivi does not convert prices itself. The app obtains the final display price for the Play account and store region from Google Play. Before confirmation, the Google Play checkout shows the price, currency, applicable tax, billing period and terms; that checkout information controls. There is no trial.
Auto-renewal
Sivi Plus is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Google Play determines the next billing date and amount. Review them under Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sivi.
How to cancel
Cancel in Google Play at any time before the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid features normally remain available through the expiry verified by Google Play. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds and revocation
Refund requests are submitted to Google Play and handled under Google Play rules and mandatory applicable law. If Google Play refunds or revokes a purchase, Sivi updates access after secure server verification. For a technical issue contact [email protected]; never send a full purchase token, card details, password or verification code.
Account deletion
Deleting a Sivi account does not cancel the separate Google Play subscription. To prevent future charges, cancel it using the link above before deleting the account. Sivi does not receive or store payment-card details.
Price changes
A new price applies to new purchases after Google Play updates. Existing subscribers may retain their legacy price until that cohort is changed separately. If an increase is applied to existing subscribers, Google Play and Sivi provide required advance notice; explicit consent may be required depending on the country and change type. Always review the authoritative future price in Google Play.
